Description
Yesterday around 4PM I was at this intersection on Leesville waiting to turn left onto Millbrook. There were about 12 cars also waiting for the light to turn and there was a single car at Wooten park waiting to get out. The light turned green for the car in the park first thereby holding a dozen cars idling. Logic would dictate that you would want to get the most vehicles clear of the intersection quickly rather than having the cars sit idling and polluting. To me this seems just backwards and would love to hear the reasoning for this. This is also the case at numerous other intersections in Raleigh.
