Please add stop signs to make a 4 way stop at the intersection of w28th and Rutland. There have been many accidents where people run the sings on Rutland. We who live nearby have started to have to treat it like a 4-way for our own safety and safety of our children. This street is becoming mostly residential so please change your standards for this intersection. Please make this street safer.
