The Tax Collector's Offices oversees this type of lien. Request for information was emailed to that office and information was received that bids will be happening within a few weeks.
Instructions to do so are as follows:
1. Go to BidSync
2. Click on any bid you see. It will take you that bid’s page.
3. On the right hand side of the page, click on Register now for free!
4. After you register, you'll be able to view/download or ask questions on any bid you have interest in.
