Description

This house has its garbage and recycling bins lined up out fromt agains their garage. Anyone else would have a note from the village to not have them visible, I know because we left one out overnight by our gate once and got a “note” from the village. Also, the yard at this house is awful. I feel bad for the neighbors on either side of this house. DO SOMETHING!

I have no idea about a flea market. I just see this house when Im out walking. Makes the other houses look bad, imo

Garbage cans are not a village issue, it would be your HOA. You can drive throughout Oswego and see peoples cans in front and side of their garages. Even some of the HOA's don't do anything about it. Yes, it is a sight for sore eyes.

We dont have an HOA, and it is the village. If you read above we have received a “note” from the village for leaving ours out by our gate while on vacation.. I dont know these folks, I only walk by this house when out walking but this house use to always look beautiful and the yard was well kept

Then you're right. The village needs to do a better job policing these issues. I have neighbors that do this all the time and get no warnings. And to think the PW director got a national award for her work. Really?!! I'm with ya.
