Description

The city had Asplund remove a dead city tree in our front yard during the pandemic. Asplund said someone would come later to remove the stump. After a long time, I called Asplund since no one had come, and they told me the City of New Haven does the stump removal. So I am writing to request stump removal at your earliest convenience (not an emergency, but stump is unsightly and hard for me to mow around). Many thanks. Elizabeth C. Ahmed
