This issue has been addressed by Code Ofc Thomas George. Case #15020065 is scheduled to go before the Magistrate on April 23, 2015. If the vehicle is not in compliance by the date the Magistrate sets at the hearing, a daily fine of up to $250.00 will start to accrue & a lien may be filed against the property.
