It is now 3/9. Every morning guys hang out on this illegal bench/table configuration drinking booze and smoking dope while families try to get their kids to school, and bicycle commute to work through the plaza. The bench/table was left there by Phat Beets with no permission from the city or public works, who we are told own this tiny median strip. The ongoing drinking, loitering, public urination and drug sales are a constant problem in this plaza, less than forty feet from the front doors of residents with children.
