we need either a sidewalk or a walking path on neelys bend between margret st and larkin springs rd there are people that walk neelys bend just to get to gallatin rd and theere are drivers that come close to hitting themand they have to go on to peoples lawns just to get where there going and I'm one of those people that walks down neelys bend and i almost get hit so please get someone out here to fix this problem
