Descrição

i was driving north on Swan approaching Pima. The light turned straight from green to red. There was no yellow. There was no emergency beacon or emergency vehicles nearby. Didn't seem to be a yellow light out failure because there was to time gap- it went immediately from green to red, and then cross traffic started up with too little time for traffic all to stop. Dangerous.
