Description

Joseph lane was closed for 2 years during construction while Amazon was constructed. It's now recently open and debris lines the fence there. Also noticed 5 of these trucks parked there today. If amazon wants to block off Joseph Lane for 2 years and additionally is using it as a parking lot, it should also be responsible for the trash piling up there.

A. Noticed it 2 weeks ago while on a run, but looks as though it's been there for a while.
