Description

Water seems to be leaching from the ground (very slowly) from just inside the curb in front of 2337 Florida Court, on the right hand side, facing the house from the street. There is always water running from that point down the street towards the storm water drain. It has been going on for weeks. The ground is also always wet there, even days after it has rained.
