Description
when driving N. Peachtree southbound, at the intersection with Savoy. Need to make a left to get on 285E. Something in the signalling was changed a few months ago such that there is no green left turn arrow in the normal sequence. Instead there is just a green light, yield to oncoming traffic, and at some random time this turns into a green left turn arrow. But the normal sequence should start with the green left turn arrow.

The left turn arrow phase at this intersection can be at the beginning or the end of the cycle based on traffic flow needs and time of day. This allows to reduce stops and congestion under the bridge.
