Description

On the southeast corner of Ison (stretching up past the fire hydrant) and Grogans Ferry (towards a gap in the shrubbery on owned land), is a horrendously unkempt patch of land - particularly the grass area. It is overgrown and worsening by the day. Aside from being unsightly, it will spread weeds to neighboring properties. I don't know who's accountable for that piece of land, but it needs to be addressed. Who has responsibility for it?
