Yes, it's on the West side of the Nelson St bridge near the Elliott St intersection, not on the Spring St side of the bridge. It's a tunnel under the tree that homeless have used to move back and forth from Nelson St to the train tracks and needs to be filled and secured since right now a baby carriage or even a dog could easily fall in the hole. It was 8 months ago that this had a ticket entered, it's still there and dangerous!

This is a HUGE issue and can't understand why it can't be handled.
