Description
Lived here for over 3 years and never once received a parking ticket for being too close to the stop sign. it's ridiculous that the City of Bridgeport is giving out fines to the residents when they barely removed the cars that are dumped here. I have complained numerous times about it. And then to ticket someone at midnight knowing this is a residential neighborhood and people are in for the night. Do better Bridgeport; you are penalizing the wrong people. ..

That ticket is 100% legit! Here's the law if you are confused!!
LOCAL PARKING RULES (§ 1)
Current law prohibits drivers from parking a vehicle within 25 feet of an intersection, marked crosswalk, or stop sign!! I'm quite certain that's not 25 ft!! Please enforce the laws we all agreed to when we got our drivers license! How long someone lives at a location does not void the parking laws of the State of Connecticut! Be considerate of other people & the laws of our state!
