Descrizione

There are several missing bricks in the sidewalk here this eveing. This could be dangerous if someone were to step where a brick is missing.

Bricks have been disappearing from this spot ever since the sidewalk was installed.

The Hillsborough Street Community Services Corporation is aware of this and should have it fixed this week. For some reason people continually steal bricks from here. If you see anyone doing so, please call 911.

People also continue to steal bricks from the sidewalk in front of Sir Speedy on Hillsborough St near the Pogue St intersection. This morning, 4 bricks were missing from this spot, leaving a hole that could cause pedestrian injury.

This morning, I also noticed a new brick sitting on the wall at the front entrance to the Hillsborough Building where I work (corner of Hillsborough & Gardner). It seems unlikely that a NC State employee would have put it there. More likely a student or transient.
