This issue is ongoing. Numerous complaints were issued during 2014. This must be mowed regularly to prevent hazards such as rats, Mosquitos, etc. it is our understanding that this area is owned by the addition to the north of this property. It is impacting Harvest Hills South.

This was reported 2 and a half months ago and has not been dealt with. April is here and the rain is coming. Need to get the tractor in there soon so it won't get stuck.

Per George Storm, Civil Engineer; According to the Oklahoma County Assessor’s website, this area does belong to the Aspen Hills Homeowners Association. They should be the ones responsible for mowing unless this is an area the City mows and then bills the property owners.

This has now been referred to Code Enforcement on Case C15-17738. Updates will follow.

On 4/8/2015, the property owner received a violation notice. The second inspection is scheduled for 4/22/2015. Updates will follow.

On 4/27/2015, a work order was issued for a contractor to clean up the property.
