Street addicts pull wires out from streetlights and power boxes and sell copper for fentanyl. In the international district, they break into unoccupied houses and destroy them by pulling wall wires out and cutting metal pipes, just to get fentanyl pills called blues. They gradually destroy everything around themselves.

I called the police on these Individuals yesterday. The male is very aggressive.

Welcome to the New WORLD. Unfortunately homelessness is only going to get worse as more and more people are evicted form homes and apartments as rents rise out of control. Not all homeless folks use drugs.

Fentanyl and Tranq(horse tranquilizer) are destroying our society. Vast majority of street addicts will not be alive in the next several years.
