Description
Several years ago the storm drains at this intersection were blocked by "gutter buddies" due to construction going on up the 11th St hill. They were never removed and now cause pooling and flooding down 11th whenever it rains--even a little. Can these finally be removed? Both at this intersection and along 11th in general?

The Storm drain at the intersection of 11th St NW & W. St NW is blocked by gutter buddies, citizen would like them removed, refer to SIOD to investigate matter. Per Inspector MISHER
