Description

Pothole is at least 6" deep, i hit it Saturday night at about 930pm, ripped my tire to require replacement of the tire.

Q. Please provide more information about the location of the pothole (ex. closest intersection, nearby milestones, etc)
A. On Riverside Ave, some where between Daniels and Cudworth (approximate). It is on the side of Riverside Ave headed towards Wellington. There are multiple potholes here, but there is one significantly worse then the rest.
Q. How deep is the pothole?
A. More than 6” deep
Q. Is the pothole in the right-of-way?
A. Yes
