Description

The timing of this light makes no sense. Going east on Brier Creek during the early morning is a challenge. Even when there is nobody on the road, the light stays red in this direction seemingly forever. It seems something triggers a lot of green lights for Lumley road even when nobody's around. It's been this way for years with no apparent fixes. Other blocks nearby have perfectly functional lights, so something's broken here. Maybe fix now?
