This is not due to an outage! I repeat, this is not an outage! The lights are working and cycling through (from green to yellow to red and back to green, etc.). The algorithm needs to be changed so traffic flows properly like it used to. The timing of each cycle seems shorter with the lights at Western & Pine as well as Western and Manning, and these cycles are out of synch. How could the city allow this to happen? Just have it put back the way it was over a month or so ago. Doesn't the city keep records on these things?

It probably changed so motorists have more time to enjoy looking at trash cans stored at the front of properties.

Yep, some of the worst traffic anywhere, please also check the timing of the lights on New Scotland Ave by AMC and all the way up to Whitehall. AWFUL.

I think this issue is primarily caused by a traffic signal malfunction at Western and Manning that is only letting a few cars through most times for westbound traffic. I will post separately about the problem for that light
