SPEEDING- We have a speed bump in front of Maxwell Park (which is awesome) but heading towards Monticello there should be another as there is a school and cars speed up and down the street. A speed bump midway between the current one and the school could deter "speeders" a child is going to get hit one day by a speeding car coming up the hill or coming down it.
