The natural area between Erinsbrook n Dominican Neighborhood has trees being cut down n structures of lawn waste n limbs being used to make structures These are made by children who informed adults that the land is not owned n therefore they can make structures. Is this a liability? Who owns this natural area n is it part of any Raleigh parks? Thanks,
