Description
The construction project ahead of this corner on 4th and E does not put up a "sidewalk closed sign" here anymore while they close the sidewalk ahead. That makes pedestrians either have to turn around to go back to 4th and g I when the sidewalk is closed (construction is too far from the corner to see if they've closed the sidewalk or not), or makes pedestrians have to walk on/ illegally cross 4th street

The sign are up at this time of inspection(walkway).
