This seems to be a very inefficient process for resolution. You fixed another street light issue that was raised on the 26th of January that was just down the street, yet you have not addressed this issue which was raised over two months ago, erroneously marked as resolved which it wasn't and has now been over 2 weeks since re-opening the issue. Is it coincidence that the large backlog was reported in the N&O and then suddenly open tickets were marked resolved when nothing was done??

This is still unresolved.

Public Works staff has noted that this pole is flagged with "light under repair" tape. Duke Energy Progress likely has an underground wiring issue that will need to be addressed. Staff will follow up with DEP on a tentative date of completion.
