Not sure if this is considered a St. Albert issue as it may be in Edmonton No sure where the city boundary is There is a fairly large homeless encampment that is starting to form just south of the Anthony henday in the trees west of 142nd street right at 167th avenue It's tucked into the trees right by the overpass Growing larger each day Lots of tents, tarps, trash etc
