Cencom got a call from a lady yesterday 4/18 @ 3:06 pm who was waiting on Edvard to turn onto Viking Ave. She stated the light cycled through about 4 times and she never got a green light. She stated she just ran the light instead of waiting any longer. They did not ask her for which direction she was traveling but she said she was near the les schwabb.
