Description
The section of the Alley is located between Clinton Avenue and Wellman Avenue connecting Russell Street to Coleman Street. Alley has been disturbed by open ditch utility work at Russell. Alley is holding water in areas, is uneven and muddy, and has some erosion issues. It is used by several families to access parking in the rear of their residences, and by neighbors walking through the neighborhood. Recommend a layer of gravel to be placed on the Alley to improve the surface.

They alleyway looked good, didnt find any mud. If you could give us an address that the areas you are pin pointing would help us out. Also a name and phone number for the supervisor to call you when he goes out there.
Thanks,
PWS

The worst areas are behind 901 and 905 Clinton. The entrance to the alley from Russell, and the alley just beyond holds water after it rains and creates mud. Another area is behind 913 Clinton where the sloped portion of the alley is eroding away again. A layer of gravel would improve these conditions.
Prefer not to leave my contact number on this site. If I could receive the supervisor's contact information, I can call to discuss and/or arrange to meet at the site? Thank you.
