Description

My property borders town property. There is run off from my property into a culvert that flows into a pipe. The culvert needs to be cleaned of weeds and debris in order to facilitate the water flowing freely. It has been done in the past by the Town. Also, considerable work was done over the winter by the Town to clean out the collection basis. The Town laid rocks from the area out to the street but they never came back to smooth out the area. There is alot of foot traffic in that area and it's difficult to walk over the stones.
