Per Public Works, Brafferton Court and Masonboro Court are both located within private property. The City of Raleigh does not provide lighting on private property. The existing street lights on these streets appear to be privately leased from Duke Energy Progress. Please contact DEP at (919) 508-5400 to request a lighting evaluation.
