John Jacob met with resident and walked the area in question on 4/25/2023. John did not see any urgent issues regarding trees and/or debris removal/clean up at this time.
John noted (as the resident also expressed) that the curb needs to be repaired as the resident is experiencing property flooding due to lack of curbing.
