EVERY time there are high winds, ice storms or sometimes a regular day this tree had large branches falling in the street. Sometime large branches have to be sawed away out the street. YES SOMETMES STREET AND SIDEWALK IS BLCIOED!1 IT'S NOT NOW BECAUSE WE REMOVED THEM ALL.
