Thank you for contacting the Citizen Help Center.
Service Request # 1184102 has been submitted to the Roads and Drainage Department to repair hole in road.
The Roads and Drainage Department is responsible for the repair of potholes.
A service request can be submitted to have the pothole repaired, repairs will occur within 72 hours.
NOTE: Depending on the severity of the pothole and the extent of damage, RAD personnel may deem to classify as a sink-hole or cave-in and proceed accordingly. If the request is made on a Friday or on the weekend - repairs will occur on the next business day. Repairs will not occur during inclement or cold weather.
