Weekly problem with trash disposal. Trash is blowing all over the place again. If I pick it up today, it's going in there front door.

Apologies for the delayed response. When we have issues on a windy day like this the DPW always deploys street sweepers to take care of the issue.

What kind of response is that? So the street sweeper will chase the trash down the street and on people's property. Great job of deflecting where the real problem is - faulty city trash disposal system.
