Description
I've had it, I'm moving, you think your coffers are empty now? Wait until everyone leaves. I have never lived in a place that received winter weather like this and did nothing for the surface streets. Nothing at all. Living in Rio Rancho in the winter is a health hazard that I will no longer put my nor my families lives in danger for any longer, @#$% poor drivers and @#$% poor city management of the roads.

This response is from City of Rio Rancho administration.
City Crews started addressing the city-maintained roadways at 2:30 a.m. this morning, and will continue to work around the clock as necessary.
Efforts have consisted of spreading salt/sand with trucks, grading/clearing roads, and crews have been manually clearing intersections as well.
The roadways that carry the most traffic (with the exception of N.M. 528 and Paseo del Volcan which are state roads maintained by the New Mexico Department of Transportation) such as Unser Boulevard, Southern Boulevard, King Boulevard, Northern Boulevard, Enchanted Hills Boulevard, Sara Road, Idalia Road, Iris Road, Cherry Road, High Resort Boulevard, Cabezon Boulevard, Riverside Drive, Rockaway Boulevard, Nicklaus Drive, and Broadmoor Boulevard to a name few, receive priority from crews before addressing other roadways.
To report future issues to the City of Rio Rancho directly, please visit the city’s Web site at http://www.ci.rio-rancho.nm.us and click on the “Citizen Question Forms” link located on the left side of the main home page.
