What's the point Oaklanders? We pay to have these bike lanes installed and then we pay Parking Enforcement to drive around ignoring this abuse. I'm positive Parking Enforcement is one mismanaged and/or corrupt department. Very sad -they should be upholding the law while generating needed income for city services... like street repair.
