Description

When taking a left hand turn onto I-84 East from Lake Avenue, the guard rail sinks into the ground and is not clearly visible. Could potentially cause undercarriage damage to vehicles if accidentally driven over by drivers unfamiliar with the area. Guard rail should not taper off towards the ground and the end of the guard rail should be marked properly.
