i have reported this before and nothing seems to have been done. a tenant from the forest hill apartments is allowing there dogs to poo on our property and not picking it up.
the woman has two dogs one is a black and white boston terrier and the other is a hairy mix.
I have put up signs saying please pick up after your selves but they were torn down. I have video of them pooing.
