The section of Arbutus St between Kelsey and Livingston is full of repeat potholes. All that has occurred in 25 years is intermittent cold patch that comes up and makes the road worse. Patched potholes have become often larger and more dangerous potholes. Could this section of Arbutus St. be repaved? IS it on the schedule to be repaved soon? It has not been touched in the 25 years of living here! Both lower Arbutus and beyond Livingston have been repaved and are in good condition.
