Descripción

This palm tree was straight till after the storm. The roots are exposed and now it is cracking and popping. Looks like there is a crack in the trunk about two thirds of the way up. It's gonna snap any minute and take out another apartment building. Several units are in danger. Someone needs to at least tie the tree to the building or something.
