The tenants of this address have been throwing all of their trash out the back window into yard for 6 months. It's mostly the young white trash junkie girl who's up all night entertaining random men for drug money. This house has been an absolute mess and constant source of trouble in the neighborhood for over 6 years. L&I and the health department have failed the residents of this neighborhood continually and this health hazard is allowed to grow as the good hard working, home owning neighbors are forgotten.
