Scenic Ridge was last plowed on December 12th, when is the transportation department going to actually stick to their own communications??? Lies. This is ridiculous

The City hadn't received any significant amount of snow for weeks and roads were in good condition, so there was really nothing to plow. We were focusing on ice control and removal of windrows instead.
