Description
City of Evasnton, IPMC-302.8 cites that no 'inoperative motor vehicle' shall be parked on any premises. The Merkur XR4T1 by the alley here, 1040 Ashland, has rusting been parked here for years, is completely inoperative, unlicensed, has no door handles, flat tires and is an eyesore. Can it please be removed. In the past, requests to have it removed have been met with the car being properly licensed, however it is never moved and is definitely inoperable.
