I am confused as to how this works. I reported this over a year ago, and received a message last week saying it was closed, and yet the mattress is in the same spot. This is a picture of it taken yesterday. It is offf the westbound side of Otay Lakes Road just before the intersection with Hunt Parkway. It was thrown over the guard rail and down the hill landing at the base of the large untrimmed Palm. I have taken a photo of the Palm, looking while looking east toward the Salt Lake Rec Center. The intersection with Hunt Parkway would be behind me in that shot. I do not know what Mr. Arias did, but he did not move the mattress. It will not allow me to put more than one photo, so I chose the photo of the distiinctive palm tree.
