Dumpster behind 138 Peckham street is left open 24/7 and trash has littered not only that property, but surrounding properties as well. Rodents have also been seen climbing in and out of the dumpster. Tenants also are just throwing their trash on the ground when dumpster is full.

This yard continues to be an issue. There is now chairs, mattresses, tires, and wheelchairs now littering the yard.
I would greatly appreciate the owner of this building taking responsibility for his tenants. This issue has been ongoing for months now.
