The vehicles making left turns onto 4th street causes 420 to back up off the highway every single day. The traffic coming from the other direction is not coming off of a major highway and it wouldn't cause any major problems for the other direction. Put an extended left arrow signal on the NB side and help solve the senseless traffic problems on this road.
