There are multiple (more than 10) large potholes in the area in front of 164 Knechtel Way. Two of these potholes are very large (18-24" across, and at > greater than 6" deep). I've attached a picture of these large potholes. Ever since the construction of new buildings on the north side of the road, the quality of the road has been severely degraded.
