before school pick-up in the afternoons, parents are using Pines blvd as a parking lot. There are cars lined up to make a left hand turn into Frankilin academy on Pines Blvd west bound lanes. the cars are parked with the engines turned off and obstructing traffic flow. the line of cars usually reaches down to 184th street. Pembroke Pines police seem to be allowing this because there is usually a patrol car there. Pines blvd is not a parking lot and this is an accident waiting to happen.
