There is a small black coupe, appears (at night) to have windows tinted, that has been running at least 60mph on a 25mph street several nights in a row. It was running south on Ileagnes from Chapanoke last night at around 10pm. Here's hoping that RPD and Raleigh take the speeding on this residential street seriously before a child or pet gets killed.
